THE MEALS: • Sunday evening ‘Welcome Dinner’ on board, the ‘Farewell Dinner’ on board on your last evening, the 4-course lunches or dinners for example could be composed by: Duck breast, leg of lamb, Mousse of salmon, espresso sherbet, clear tomato soup with prawns, coquille st. jacques with foam of sauternes, fresh salads from the region with different dressings like roquefort or walnut dressing, local cheese specialities... ... all served with their matching wines. • You have the choice, instead of having the 4 course meals at lunchtime, enjoying them as dinner in the evening on board of Caroline. This is an alternative for e.g. those days which are to hot for sitting on deck and having a big lunch or the breakfast was just a to short while away. Or you´ve had had a little bite in the lovely covered food market in Narbonne at lunchtime and for dinner we are moored somewhere in the picturesque landscape - in the middle of nowhere - without any restaurant nearby ... • All beverages aboard like soft drinks, beer, local wines and bar drinks are included. Do you have any likes or dislikes, special (dietry) requests or allergies? If you get in touch with us before hand, we will try, with pleasure, to help you - we are known for our flexibility. When, after you have had a dinner ashore, you´re coming home, enjoy the evenings sitting on deck with a glass of wine or digestive, talking, laughing ...
